Terms
These terms describe the informational website and WhatsApp enquiry process. Every automation project is governed by a separate written agreement.
Website and enquiries
StrategyToAlgo.com provides information about custom trading-automation software services. Sending a WhatsApp message does not create a contract, a duty to accept a project or an investment relationship.
Separate project agreement
Scope, acceptance criteria, fees, intellectual property, support and any partnership structure must be agreed in writing before work begins. A performance partnership is not available everywhere and requires a separate agreement after review of the strategy, supporting evidence, account structure and jurisdiction.
No trading outcome guarantee
StrategyToAlgo does not guarantee profitability or trading outcomes. The client remains responsible for the strategy, capital allocation, account configuration and risk decisions.
Built-to-spec guarantee
If the delivered system does not follow the signed specification during the agreed acceptance period, implementation defects are corrected without an additional development charge.
This guarantee concerns implementation defects only. It is not a guarantee of profitability, market performance or uninterrupted third-party infrastructure.
